Context Tooltips

The context tooltip window is a variation of the common "tooltip" window, but it provides much more information. It can rapidly help you obtain information about any text you are studying. When you point to an active area in a text, it will quickly display:

Greek morphology: If you point to a Greek word and it contains morphology tags, then the popup window will show decoded morphology information.

Hebrew and Greek strongs: pointing to any Strong# in a text will display this information.

Content of reference: If the text contains, e.g., a tag or reference "1Ch.2:29-1Ch2:29" on the picture above, the verse or range of verses is displayed.

If you need to move the cursor out of the displayed tip or to select text inside tip + paste to clipboard, you can hold Ctrl key. After doing this, the tip is "frozen", the color is changed to indicate a frozen state and you can now move the cursor.

The size of the context tip window can be easily adjusted. In " the;frozen state", use the mouse and left button to adjust the window size. Then put the mouse cursor inside the window and press right button (right-click) which will show a popup menu with the command: Store actual context tip size. The actual context tip size will be saved, when you exit the program, in the davar.cfg file.
